The latest ICC Test rankings showcase significant movements after a week of compelling performances in both Test and T20I cricket. India's Rishabh Pant and England's Ben Duckett are the biggest movers, achieving career-high rankings following remarkable displays in the first Test of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy at Headingley.

Rishabh Pant has surged to seventh place in the ICC Test batting rankings after his outstanding twin centuries at Headingley. The dynamic wicketkeeper-batsman scored 134 and 118, joining Zimbabwe’s Andy Flower as only the second wicketkeeper in Test history to achieve centuries in both innings of a match (Flower did it in 2001). Pant is also the first Indian wicket-keeper batter to have 800 Rating points in Test History.

Joe Root remains the top-ranked Test batter globally, followed by his fellow countryman Harry Brook, who secures the second position. India’s Shubman Gill also made progress, climbing five places to 20th after his stylish century in the first innings.
